2025 Summit | April 24, 2025

11:30-5:30 PM

This year’s Summit features three dynamic keynote speakers, including interactive sessions designed to empower and energize attendees. We’ll kick things off with a networking lunch and a celebration of Norfolk’s emerging talent as we honor the 2024 Top 20 Under 40 — a group of outstanding young professionals making a meaningful impact in our community.

The afternoon will be filled with thought-provoking talks and intentional reflection opportunities, followed by a relaxed happy hour to keep the conversations flowing. A sponsor showcase and fun networking activities throughout the day will keep you engaged from start to finish.

Igniting Inspiration in Just Half a Day!

Back this year, we are following the revamped single-day format starting with lunch and three engaging keynote speakers at the District Event Center. Cap off the day with a fun-filled happy hour following the final presentation.
