Please ensure that nominees are full- or part-time employees, as interns and temporary workers are not eligible. ##### [QUESTIONS How does the process work?](https://connectnorfolk.com/top-20-under-40#collapse3-dnd_area-module-8) After submitting the nomination form, a panel of reviewers will carefully select the top 20 candidates.
